Application Process

2026 ORIENTATION DAYS 

Saturday 6th June 1.00pm – 5.00pm & Sunday 7th June 8.30am – 12.30pm (no registration required)

The Moeangiangi Station team warmly invites all prospective applicants and their families to attend one of our orientation days. Attendance is highly encouraged in order to demonstrate your commitment, see first-hand what Moeangiangi Station life has to offer and if you will thrive in this learning environment. 

Programme for the Day

  • Welcome
  • Presentation and overview of roles
  • A summary of farming operations, theory and practical programmes
  • An opportunity to chat with our team and get a real feel for the station
  • There will be a tour of the complex, encompassing the new cadet hostel, cookhouse, woolshed and facilities
  • To wrap up the day, morning/afternoon tea will be provided with further opportunity for discussion and any questions

No registration required 

Please gather all the necessary information and documents before starting this form. Please combine all documents into one file before uploading. 

Your information

The information in this application will be used for the purpose of completing the candidate selection process. If you do not provide the requested information, your application may not be considered.

Your information will be captured by a third-party provider and accessed by Moeangiangi Station management and members of the Moeangiangi Station Cadet Training Trust as part of the candidate selection process. To request a copy of your application or to ask for your application to be corrected, please email office@msctt.org.nz

Parent or Guardian Information

Applicants under 18.
If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must confirm they are aware of your application and consent to you providing the information included in this form. This is required to meet our child safeguarding and privacy obligations.
Applicants 18 or over - optional
If you are 18 years or older, parent/guardian consent is not required, but you may provide a parent or trusted support person’s contact details if you wish.
Referees
Please provide two referees from school, one character referee and one work experience referee (if applicable).
By entering referee contact details you are permitting Moeangiangi Station Cadet Training Trust to contact these referees and discuss your suitability for training at MSCTT.
